Going into Hospital

Manor Hospital Chaplaincy Team

Requesting a Home Visit

Picture
It is ESSENTIAL that you ask for a Catholic Chaplain when in hospital.  Chaplains are no longer given names of patients.  Sometimes it is not possible for a visiting priest to simply go and visit someone on a ward without the express families permission.  In other words pastoral access to patients is very much dependent on the expressed wishes of the patient.

The Catholic Chaplain can be contacted on Telephone: 01922 622633, or
email: stpatricksrcchurch@gmail.com
He administers the Parish of St. Patrick (Blue Lane East, Walsall, WS2 8HN).

Sr. Sebastian, George Pitt and Margaret Webster are parishioners from Saint Peter's who are members of the RC Chaplaincy Team.  They help on Tuesdays 2.00 - 5.00pm (Mass is at 4.15pm in
St Luke's Chapel, Manor Hospital).

If you would like them to arrange pastoral care for patients please let Saint Peter's Parish Priest know by contacting us and he will ensure that the Chaplaincy Team visit the person in need.

If you would like a loved one or friend to be prayed for please download and complete the privacy form below and return to the Parish Priest.
