Girlguiding / Brownies / Rainbows

3rd Bloxwich (Saint Peter's) Brownies

Recent Activities

Girlguiding UK is the UK's leading charity for girls and young women. You can read about the work we do, and activities your daughter can enjoy as a member of Girlguiding. These include friendship often with children outside their usual school circle of friends as girls often attend from other schools, outdoor activities, trips, residential events, crafts, working towards badges, learning about themselves, their beliefs and the world around them. They will learn new skills and make lifelong friends.

Three of the current leaders have known each other since they were Guides themselves!

You can register to join via the website and select the group which is appropriate to your child.

To find out more please visit the Girlguiding website.

Here at St Peters, we meet on a Tuesday evening in the main Parish Hall (we are the only group in Bloxwich meeting on Tuesdays presently).

Rainbows (5.30pm - 6.30pm) is for girls aged 5 to 7.

Brownies (6.45pm - 8.15pm) is for girls aged 7 to 10

Guides (7.00pm - 8.30pm) is for girls aged 10 to 14

Term subscription is £30. This covers all materials and badges/certificates awarded. Trips are charged additionally but are usually subsidised. All Leaders have DBS checks and are volunteers who freely give up their time. They receive no financial reward.

If you are interested in volunteering please get in touch via our website.
There are activities every week and most recently we had bonfire night toasting marshmallows and singing songs:
